1.若因本公司產(chǎn)品質(zhì)問題,實(shí)行“包調(diào)、包退'服務(wù);
2.接到重要信息反饋,24小時(shí)內(nèi)給予用戶滿意答復(fù),國(guó)內(nèi)三日內(nèi)到達(dá)現(xiàn)場(chǎng),國(guó)外用戶實(shí)行電話、傳真、郵件方式在10日內(nèi)給予答復(fù)。
3.隨貨提供:工廠檢驗(yàn)證書/質(zhì)量證明書/檢測(cè)報(bào)告提供配件,提供安裝技術(shù)、調(diào)試服務(wù)咨詢對(duì)大型工程項(xiàng)目,根據(jù)技術(shù)合同/標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)、檢測(cè),并配合用戶現(xiàn)場(chǎng)指導(dǎo)嚴(yán)格按照ISO9001質(zhì)體系管理工作控制,嚴(yán)格按照合同、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)供應(yīng)。
服務(wù)說明:
客戶在使用過程中如發(fā)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品不能正常使用,可向本公司銷售服務(wù)部咨詢,并闡明合同號(hào)、供貨時(shí)間、執(zhí)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)格型號(hào)、材質(zhì)、使用環(huán)境、故障情況以及相關(guān)的詳細(xì)內(nèi)容。
